Bea wearing a backpack standing beside a small waterfall

Bea, a dedicated mental health therapist, brings her deep love for nature and her professional skills to the team.

Her journey with the outdoors began in her childhood, spent exploring the landscapes of Arizona and northern Minnesota, finding hidden treasures from animal bones to salamanders, and learning to move quietly and harmoniously within nature.

Bea integrates her professional work in mental health with her passion for the outdoors. She believes that nature holds immense healing potential, both physically and mentally, and has personally experienced this healing through distance backpacking on Midwest trails.

As a mental health therapist, she has found nature to be the perfect platform for practicing essential wellness skills such as active meditation, grounding work, and distress tolerance.

Two of Bea’s favorite things are hiking barefoot and being covered in mud - clear signs of her deep connection with the natural world.

Bea is excited to share her love for nature and her therapeutic skills with others, helping them find their own path to self-discovery and healing.

Bea is a certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT) and Wilderness First-aid.
